Emergency Room 救急(きゅうきゅう)処置室(しょちしつ)

A doctor walks over to Molly.

医者(いしゃ)がモリーのところへ歩(ある)いて行(ゆ)く。

 

Hospital Announcer:(over loudspeaker)(スピーカーで)

Report to the emergency room. 

緊急(きんきゅう)治療室(ちりょうしつ)に報告(ほうこく)してください。

 

Nurse #1:(v.o.)(画面外)

Hey, could you give me a hand over here, please?

手(て)を貸(か)してちょうだい。

(ねえ、ちょっと手伝ってくれませんか?)

 

 


The doctor leads Molly out of the emergency room.

医者(いしゃ)はモリーを緊急(きんきゅう)治療室(ちりょうしつ)から連(つ)れ出(だ)す。

 

 


Sam follows close behind.

サムはすぐ後(うし)ろについて行(ゆ)く。

He turns and sees an orderly

wheeling out his covered body.

振(ふ)り返(かえ)ると、看護(かんご)助手(じょしゅ)が彼(かれ)の覆(おおわ)われた体(からだ)を

ストレッチャー(台車付(だいしゃつ)きの担架(たんか))で運(はこ)び出(だ)すのが見(み)えた。

Molly is escorted into another room

by several police officers.

モリーは数人(すうにん)の警察官(けいさつかん)に

案内(あんない)されて別(べつ)の部屋(へや)へ連(つ)れて行(い)かれた。

Sam goes over and sits on a chair next to his body.

An elderly man walks up to Sam.

The elderly man walks over

and puts his head through

the sheet covering Sam’s corpse.

This patient is fibrillating. 

痙攣(けいれん)を起(お)こしている。

Let’s move it. 

急(いそ)げ。

 

Sam looks into the emergency room

as the doctors scramble to save a patient. 

サムは、医師(いし)たちが患者(かんじゃ)を救(すく)おうと奮闘(ふんとう)する中(なか)、

緊急(きんきゅう)治療室(ちりょうしつ)を覗(のぞ)き込(こ)む。

He’s still fibrillating.

A bright light starts to envelope the patient’s body.

as the soul of the body

is carried into the bright light.

見守(みまも)る。

The doctors leave the room

and a nurse starts to cover the body.

Sam turns to the elderly man,

but he is no longer there.

サムは老人(ろうじん)のほうを向(む)いたが、

彼(かれ)はもうそこにはいなかった。

Sam jumps up and looks around.

An orderly starts to push the gurney with Sam’s body

towards him.

Sam passes right through the gurney and the orderly.

and it runs away.
