ゴルフ場開発などによる負債50数億円の民事再生法適用手続きを
東京地方裁判所へ申し立て、債務は16億円に減額決定された。

filed for civil rehabilitation proceedings
with
the Tokyo District Court
to
recover over 5 billion yen
in debt from golf course
development and other activities,
and
the debt was reduced to 1.6 billion yen.

坐骨神経痛と腰椎分離症を手術した。

コース・レコードにタイでレギュラー・ツアー初のエージ・シュートとなり
単独で首位となるも、最終結果は51位だった。

a total of 62 strokes, 9 under par,
tying the course record
and
becoming the first age-shot player on the regular
tour,
putting
him in sole first place,
but
ultimately finished in 51st place.
2013年（平成25年）（66歳）シーズンの

ダンロップ・フェニックス・トーナメント Dunlop Phoenix Tournament
2019年（令和1年）11月（72歳）、
初日に途中棄権した「ダンロップ・フェニックス・トーナメント」が
最後のツアー出場となり、

2024年（令和6年）2月（77歳）開催の
「ジャンボ尾崎アカデミー・セレクション」が最後の公の場となった。

February 2024 (when he was 77 years old).
2024年（令和6年）（77歳）にS状結腸がんのステージIVと診断され、
その後は本人の意思により自宅で療養していたが、
2025年（令和7年）12月23日15時21分、死去した。

IV sigmoid colon cancer,

thereafter recuperated at home of his own volition,

passed away at 3:21 pm on December 23, 2025
